Performing Arts

Expect an eclectic mix of Performing Arts on each day of our market. On Sunday 29th October, our Day of the Dead fiesta will include an extensive and exciting array of family fun to keep those of all ages amazed and entertained. Chuckle alongside a famous street comedy duo, gaze in awe at skull drummers and let the kids experience our expert face painters.

Whilst each market will feature a unique theme and be special in its own way, you’ll find Jugglers and Clowns regularly entertaining up and down Holdenhurst Road. We’ll also have the fabulously weird and wonderful, Rimski & Handkerchief Cycling Pianist’s, the amazing Camera Obscura and Tangofandango, an Argentine Dance School, at our next Day of the Dead themed market.

Day of the Dead

Encouraging everyone to dress the part for our Day of the Dead extravaganza, prizes will be awarded to the ‘Best dressed Hombre’, ‘Chica’, ‘Child’ and ‘Couple’ .

Additionally, attendees can expect a jaw-dropping  and costumed ‘Dias de Los Muertos’ parade led by Miss Dorset 2017 and Miss England Social Media Queen 2017.
